Dalhousie’s Department of Facilities Management is pleased to announce that there will be no increase in the 2014-15 trades, custodial and security charge-out rates.

Facilities Management charge-out rates are structured to reflect the full cost of services provided across campus, including maintenance, custodial services, waste management, grounds work, security services, and project work. Facilities Management has been able to increase our productive hours and reorganize work functions in order to keep increases to a minimum over the last four years.
