November 19 – Dec 4 (midnight) - the SRI site is open for students to complete the SRI forms for the courses in which they are registered. The link to the forms is found through the students’ Dal email with the subject heading ‘Student Ratings of Instruction’ or the ‘Course Name and Number’ for which the student is registered.

Instructors are asked to please allow students time in class to complete these very important evaluation forms.
