One month after knee surgery, Kaitlyn Woodworth is adjusting to life beyond varsity soccer. Despite having one year of eligibility left with Dalhousie鈥檚 Women鈥檚 Soccer team, the Biomedical Engineering student is shifting her focus to the next chapter of her academic journey.

鈥淚鈥檓 not a very outspoken person, but depending on the situation, I can step into that role,鈥� says the Nigerian born athlete. 鈥淚t鈥檚 definitely caused some growth for me because I know how to be a leader now.
