Service Update
Need a new DalCard? We are open for in-person service at our office located in Howe Hall at 6230 Coburg Road.
Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
For DalCard assistance outside regular office hours, please email dalcard@dal.ca.
Fall 2025 Hours (Walk-up window service) - Available Aug. 22 - Sept. 26
Saturday, Sept 30: 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Sept. 2 - 26:
- Mon.: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Tues - Fri: 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

- New DalCards
- New UPasses
For all other services, please see inside office.
NOTE: We will not be offering photo services or PIN resets.
Need help outside of business hours?Â
If you lose your DalCard during this time, please deactivate it .
If you need building access while we are closed but you have lost your DalCard, please contact Dal Security at 902-494-6400 for assistance.Â
